Exeter Lodge is a fine example of a traditional country home complimented with modern, energy efficient fittings.  Heated throughout with a dual biomass boiler, solar panels to heat the water and a private bore hole to bring fresh, filtrated spring water to the table.  The lodge is self sufficient and environmentally friendly.

Children will particularly enjoy looking out of their window at dusk as they might be lucky enough to see woodland animals foraging for food.  With an abundance of deer, rabbits, foxes, owls, hawks and all manner of other bird species they can feast their eyes  on fabulous wildlife going about its business in their natural habitats.
