It is a beautiful town located on the banks of the River Dart with a rich maritime heritage and vibrant area.  There are an eclectic mix of specialist shops set in historic buildings.  There are many attractions such as; Dartmouth castle, Castle cove and sugary cove, sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding and wild swimming.
